This week, we embark on the journey to self-love by enabling you to tune in with the balance of your body, mind and emotions thru practicing daily meditation, yoga, and healthy nutrition to encourage alignment with your truest Goddess self.Fundamentally empowering you to become the creator of your reality, while also deepening your awareness of the intuitive spiritual side. We’ll dive deep within our beings, exploring the previously hidden and sometimes frightening aspects of ourselves with courageous curiosity, only to emerge realizing the radiance and beauty that has always existed in each of us, being self-empowered Goddesses.

What to expect:
This retreat has been planned to offer the perfect balance of structured activities with plenty of time for you to just “be” and enjoy the pleasures of paradise. Each day will consist of at least one movement activity including a well balanced variety of yoga forms such as yin yoga, vinyasa, and a more free flowing form of yoga. You will also do meditations, journaling exercises and intention setting activities all directed towards the exploration of your sacred feminine self. You will learn self healing techniques to assist you in managing your emotions, energy and stress to prevent dis-ease within your body and mind. Additionally, look forward to learning the anatomy of the anatomy of your energy body plus the history and stories of various goddesses from different cultures and explore how to harness their energy and radiate their power. You will have plenty of time to explore the beach, the village, schedule massage or body work sessions, take surf lessons, or horseback ride. Most planned activities will be optional so you can truly create the retreat of your dreams. Whatever it takes you to get your inspiration flowing and your heart singing again is highly encouraged!
Activity plans:
-Daily yoga, including the practice of restorative
-Meditation, breath work, and affirmations
-Journal writing
-Learn the anatomy of the energetic body(chakras)
-Art therapy(Watercolors, pastels, wire, mixed media collage, and if there’s is something specific you would like to work on you are invited to bring it)
-Much laughter, fun and time for personal reflection as well
